5G + WiFi 6 Version of GL-XE300 / Mudi / MiFi

Dear gl-iNet,

Please can you bring a 5G version of the GL-XE300 :heart_eyes:. Something to rival the Netgear Nighthawk M5.

Suggestions below:

  1. Qualcomm Snapdragon X60 5G Modem / Chip (It utilizes a mix of frequency bands (mmWave, sub-6 GHz including low bands), band types (5G FDD and TDD), and deployment modes (SA and NSA) to achieve an optimal combination of high-speed and low-latency network coverage.

  2. WiFi 6 (80211.AX) or maybe even WiFi 6e.

  3. Instead of both USB C and USB A port, maybe a single USB C port to save space and with a 3 switch button to switch between:

  4. Charge In = Charge Travel Router

  5. Charge Out = Charge Mobile Phone + Allow USB tethering

  6. Tethering Only = Allows USB C Data Tethering only from Mobile Phone and conserves router battery.

  7. More Dense and compactly designee internals allowing for larger battery.
