AC1200 Opal bricked/unbricked still not working

I updated my firmware yesterday and my router quit working/couldn't enter the admin panel.

Today I have followed the instructions to unbrick the router. Everything appears to do what it should per the text and video. Once the router is back up from the firmware installation via uboot I get a slowly building blue light and I can't log into the admin panel.

After the uboot process I am going back in and changing the IP back to 192.168.8.1 to access the admin panel.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Change back the auto obtain the IP (DHCP) on the PC to access the admin panel.
If set up the static IP, please do not set the '192.168.8.1', but '192.168.8.2' - '192.168.8.254'
