Hi

I wanted to ask about the possibility of adding an additional eSIM to Mudi 7 using the SIMPoYo eSIM physical card

As I have 2 eSIMs from different ISPs, the SIM 2 slot will be occupied by one eSIM from an ISP, and I need to use another eSIM from a second ISP in the SIM 1 slot

Thanks

Yes. You can place a SIMPoYo physical eSIM card in the Mudi 7’s SIM 1 slot while using the built-in eSIM as SIM 2. The Mudi 7 is dual-SIM, single-standby, so only one slot can be active at a time; you can switch manually or configure automatic failover.

Because the Mudi 7 already has a built-in eSIM, its eSIM Manager may not manage profiles on the SIMPoYo physical card. Install and activate the second ISP’s profile on the SIMPoYo card using another compatible device first, then move the card to the powered-off Mudi 7. Provider compatibility is not guaranteed unless listed in the [tested carrier list](https://forum.gl-inet.com/t/carriers-supported-by-gl-inet-physical-esim/54164).

Hi,

Yes, a SIMPoYo physical eSIM can work in the Mudi 7's SIM 1 slot.

However, physical eSIM management is not supported, so only the currently active profile can be used, and we will not be able to manage physical eSIM like switching profiles on the Mudi 7.
