Adguard home and vpn

I don’t have internet connection with both adguard and openVPN turned on and adguard
settings page doesn’t show up too. Please what am I doing wrong?

model
firmware version
openvpn service provider, pls also give key ovpn file info,

I’m using both protonvpn and Expressvpn.
By key ovpn file info you mean?
