It's default config file issues. Please try modify the /etc/AdGuardHome/config.yaml to enable write the log to file. like below

querylog:    
  dir_path: ""         
  ignored: []   
  interval: 2160h
  size_memory: 100  
  enabled: true  
  file_enabled: true

And then restart the ADG in webui
