What is your router’s model and firmware version?
Pls check the follow step.
1.Run cmd ps |grep gl_upload,check if upload process is still running
2.And then vim /etc/config/glbigdata,add option log ‘1’ like below
3.Run cmd logread -f, is there any upload log like below?
4.Login in the goodcloud, switch to tab statistics,check if the latency data is still normal like below?
