# Any Comet X ETA for the US?

I'm curious when the Comet X may be available in the US. I've migrated one of my datacenters to a PiKVM solution since it wasn't available in the timeframe I needed, I'm curious if I should wait on my other property or if regulatory approval is probably going to take some time.

hopefully they’re not sold out … as of Sunday night 27SEP2026 they’re in stock..….they must have just after your post become available….according to Amazon mine is supposed to arrive Thursday….

FWIW, mine did arrive from Amazon yesterday. It's a much cleaner install than my old external KVM switch - and safer since I don't need to worry about breaking hotkey support. I still wish I could merge multiple devices together to create a virtual 8-port version, I'm tempted to get another for some of my infrastructure gear (NAS devices, an eisy smarthome controller, etc.).
