Any way to change the title and first post of an old topic?

After a while there is no option to edit the title or first post to remove some private info or some confusing or unnecessary info and to make the title and topic more easy for search.

I messaged you, but I personally think it should be possible to edit titles and posts for a least a few months. It can be useful to fix things or remove some things that you regret.
