Yesterday I bought the VIP Backer Club reservation for the CometQ.
On the website it says:
“Immediately after payment
VIP Confirmation
After successful payment of the non-refundable deposit, we will send you a confirmation email with your VIP details, access information, and next steps.”
But I haven’t received anything except the order confirmation email.
When I contacted support through the website, they told me that they won’t send any email for another month.
So what the website says contradicts what support is saying.
Is anyone else in the same situation?
