AR300M-ext Won't connect to iPhone

To start, the 2.27 firmware was installed.

I can connect my home Wi-Fi. However, if I try to tether my iPhone (yes, I said trust), it will activate on the iPhone (shows the blue connection bar), but says “Connecting to Internet” and not doing anything else.

If I set up the tether via WiFi, it does the exact same thing. Connects to the phone, but sits at “Connecting to Internet”.

I’ve been in the Advanced settings trying to get this to connect to Internet just once. I am at a loss as to why it’s not connecting.

Don’t go to advanced settings.

The trick is to turn off the hotspot on your phone then turn on again.
