AR300M Nand versus Nor

Hi.

I am a new AR300M user and have discovered there appear to be two different firmwares

ar300m/v1 (.bin) and ar300m/nand/v1 (.tar)

Can someone explain the difference and which one I should be using? I’m assuming it’s to do with “Nor” and “Nand” but that means zero to me also.

Use the nand/v1/xxx.rar

There is two system on the router. Generally you only use the Nand system.

Only if the nand firmware cannot boot for 3 times it will boot into the Nor system.

So, please use the nand/v1/xxx.rar
