Ar300m16 Ethernet not working

So I unboxed my router, hooked my phone up to it in USB mode and hooked Ethernet(DHCP) up to the PS4, and also tried my PC. I can’t seem to get it to work consistently, when I click apply it says successful but it doesn’t show cable as connected in router admin panel.

I’ve tried both wan and lan porta

Any help?

Did you follow all the steps in:

It’s fixed. I hard reset it, turned off wifi and made sure to connect to the lan port
