Can someon please assist me with the following:
We have an Gl.iNet Slate that was added to one of our accounts and we cant seem to find it. I have the device ID and serial number and Mac if it will help pin pointing to what account it may have been loaded on as I am having a hard time finding the device as I need to move it to one of our other accounts.
Please assist soonest.

Check the geographical group, is broken up into europe, america, asia. It will be a small globe at the top the page. You may have added to a different region.
If you have physical access to the slate it should tell you who it is bound too. If you did a reset or upgrade, goodcloud might not be active.
