ATX1800 error "1 Failure to obtain information , cable not in wan"

I’m trying to change the network mode from Router to Extender.

It’s operating as a Repeater in LAN mode. I have 2 devices connected wirelessly and 1 device via ethernet cable. Trying to change from Router to Extender gives me the following error “-1 Failure to obtain information , cable not in wan”

How can I resolve this?

If memory serves, you have to set up Extender mode using an Ethernet cable and on a separate subnet for management:

You have the cable connected to the WAN port? If yes just remove it.
