Ax3000 lost mobile connection

Hi guys,

Since yesterday I have problem with the mobile connection on the ax3000.
I started the router and it works for 30 minutes.
Than no internet coonnection.
I`have two sim cards.
Both are loosing the internetz connection.
Same cards are working on my mobile and ipad as well without problems.
Connection to provider is very good with up to 100Mbit downstream.

EDIT: I resetted now the Router and started again.
Worked for 30 minutes, than no Cellular connection.
And , the Router is becoming very, very hot.
Could it be that the routerthemself is broken
What can I do?

Hello Thomas,

What's the LED status of the router when error occurs?
Will the network automatically reconnect?
Can you share a screenshot of the INTERNET page, or share some logs to check?

For X3000, please check and make sure the power supply is at least 12V/2.5A.
