Finally, stay away from old openwrt version and now you can use firmware 4.1.0 beta on B1300 which is based on OpenWrt 21.02.

Except for all the features of 4.1, you can also install easytether. Just choose this one

be careful default instalation currenty wipes out all setting. Upgrade from 3.215 to 4.1 and wiped out VPN connections, VPN policies , time zone , Goodcloud config etc am guessing its reset majority of all prior settings.

Yes. It reset all settings because config is not compatible.
