BE3600 how to install nginx-full?

Hello everyone.

I purchased a BE3600, started it up, clicked around in the GUI. Then I tried to do more advanced configuration (needed several programs from OpenWRT). And in the pre-installed nginx (nginx-ssl is installed by default), I was missing some nginx modules.

When I tried to install nginx-full, I ran into the issue that the admin panel (gl-oui-rpc package) depends on nginx-ssl. Attempts to reinstall nginx with nginx-full using force/ignore flags result in the admin GUI becoming completely non-functional, which cannot even be rolled back from the console: opkg install gl-oui-rpc says it doesn't know where to install this package from (and opkg update doesn't help).

Questions:

  1. What method can be used to install nginx with full features on this device?

  2. From which repositories can gl-* packages be (re)installed (currently I was forced to run firstboot and reinstall the entire router)?

They can't. Once they were removed, you need to reset the device to get them back. (Or you need to manually search for them in /rom)
