Beryl AX MT3000 eth0 constant disconnects

Hi, I purchased my Beryl AX 3 months ago and recently I've alway seeing my eth0 get disconnect and I need to unplug and replug the ethernet cable to get back internet.

I'm using the router as an access point and the ethernet is plugged into the WAN port.
Firmawre: 4.7.0 release3

I've read similar issues and I've tried different cables but it still occurs. Do I have a faulty router? How can I check if it's not a hardware issue?

Hello,

Please try to switch the network cable connect to the LAN port when the router works as the AP mode.

If the router works as the router mode, how about the WAN port situation is?

Hi, switching to the LAN port seem to be more stable. Is there a reason we should use the LAN more over the WAN port in AP mode? Thanks for the advice!

There is a high probability that the compatibility of the 2.5G network port or network cable is not good, so it is switched to the Gigabit port which is the LAN port.

If you mind, you can contact CS team via the email to replace it with a beryl ax to rule out that the 2.5G network port is not a hardware problem.
