Beryl unstable connection degraded voice

My setup:
Beryl router Firmware 3.211
Beryl hardwired to ISP router/modem
Laptop connected wirelessly to Beryl on 2.4 Ghz network
Laptop is only device connected to Beryl
Laptop is connected to corporate VPN
Laptop to Beryl signal strength is -59 dBm (very good)

Issue:
When joining Microsoft Teams meeting participants advise me that my voice can not be heard clearly. If I switch over from Beryl router to my TP-Link on my laptop the issue does not occur (participants can hear my clearly).

Pls try use 5G wifi.

Pls do a speedtest to see the speed on wifi.
Do some ping to microsoft to see the legacies.
