Sorry if the question was already asked but i havent found the answer. What this AUTO option practically do? Because i have activate it and i have seen was changing also for the other tunnels with the same server from the tunnel i have activate it.
The function of automatic VPN selection is to automatically choose a VPN tunnel for the current tunnel. If a WireGuard configuration is already connected, it will reuse that WireGuard configuration. If not, it will select an already connected OpenVPN configuration. If there are no active VPN connections, it will prioritize selecting any available WireGuard configuration to establish a connection. If no WireGuard configurations are available, it will then choose an OpenVPN configuration.
So to understand :
I use 3 tunnels at the moment. If i use Auto to 1 of the tunnels config all of them will use same config? Or is individual for each of them?
Because for me i have 2 connected on same country but different server and 1 is on another country.
Yes, when one of the automatically selected tunnel connections succeeds, other tunnels configured as "auto" will also use the same configuration.
