Hi, I bought 2 GL-RM1 KVMs the first paired fine to my windows app the second one “Binding failed, unable to obtain basic KVM device information”. I have tried resetting it and updating via the local IP but i cant get it to connect to windows or the cloud.
Hi, Have you try both add manually and auto scanning. Please make sure device has access to Internet when doing this.

yes i have tried to add manually and auto scanning. the device has internet as i can ping google and it shows up in the app i just cant bind it.

Edit: I ordered both like 12 hours apart on amazon and they came packaged differently and with different power adapters. The boxes are also slightly different. When i try to click access cloud in the local IP is says "Access cloud failed"
