Binding failed, unable to obtain basic KVM device information

Binding failed, unable to obtain basic KVM device information error.
Tailscape was able to connect. I disconneted afteerward and tried the cloud service but it fails every single time.

When i’m prompted to enter the device name, none of the device information (mac, and so on) appears on the page and it fails immediately.

Cannot add it from the app neither

Can connect directly to it on the local network

What do i do?

Yes, the cloud service is currently functioning normally. Have you tried S/N binding in the App?

Is the local method working correctly? If so, you can also export the logs for us (flora.wan@gl-inet.com)

The problem was the network my KVM was in had outgoing port restrictions. Once I opened 28883 and 3900 ports everything worked ok.
