Brume 2 - 4.8.2 Beta is available on the downloads page now.

I wonder if it has the same AdGuard DNS issue that is crippling the released version of 4.8.2 on the Flint 2.

Thank you for sharing these leads with us. We’ve been able to reproduce the issue on our side and confirmed that it happens when AdGuard Home is used as a DoH/DoT server. Our R&D team has already been informed and will be looking into it further.
