i usually connect to the same wifi network ssid (xfinitywifi), and i usually don’t use local wifi. i am usually off-grid, so i keep the local wifi turned off in order to save power.
sometimes i need to scan and reconnect if the signal is coming in weak.
what i noticed is, you can’t actually scan for networks if the local wireless is disabled. it just comes up a blank list.
Also, i don’t see a way to just add a network. if i make a local network, i usually want to keep it hidden. There should be a way to just tell it to try to connect to a network without scanning.
