[BUG] ]Failed to get device environment

Comet 5G using T-Mobile 5G. Good connection

Eventually my sessions get “Failed to get device environment.” This happens using all connection types. Web and iOS App. Even though my device is showing online. Latest firmware, latest iOS/iPad app.

Does the same issue happen when using WiFi or Ethernet? If WiFi or Ethernet works normally, could you please export the logs and send them over?

You mentioned Web access, do you mean local web access or access via the cloud platform?
