Broken Dependencies on libgetdns… this breaks Cloudflare DNS over TLS

Stubby (DNS over TLS) also appears broken on AR300M,

The same issue is present for the AR-750, with stubby and with tor.
I downloaded libopenssl_1.0.2u-1_mips_24kc.ipk from Index of /releases/packages-18.06/mips_24kc/base/ and installed it (with opkg --force-downgrade), and now both tor and stubby (Cloudflare DoT) work fine, but I don’t know if anything actually depends on the libssl 1.1.0 provided with the firmware image.
