Can a GL.iNet router do this?

I have an internet connection in my motorhome based on an LTE modem and a Ubiquiti UX Express.
What I would like to do is change the LTE router to one with dual WAN capability.
WAN 1 will use Wifi 6 that will connect to my home wifi network to provide Internet connection when I am at home, or at a site where there is a Wifi connection.
WAN 2 will use an LTE connection to provide internet connectivity whenever there is no suitable Wifi connection.
This router will connect into the WAN internet connection on the UX Express, so the actual internet connection is transparent to the UX Express.
Additionally this new router must be capable of being powered by 12v or maybe 5v.

If this is feasible, which router should I use?
