The public WiFi network / hotspot I regularly use has stopped broadcasting in 2.4Ghz. Can the AR-300M connect to 5GHz Wirelessly and Rebroadcast/repeat in 2Ghz? Thank you.

Sorry, the AR-300M is 2.4Ghz only. You’ll need to go up a level to a Creta/Slate/Beryl to get dual band.
