Can gl-inet provide support to this forum?

There are a lot issues with the routers, especially recurrent posts on WiFis failing to connect or connections constantly dropping. Most of these issues aren’t resolved, if receiving any answer at all.

Can gl-inet support this forum and help answer questions?

There is one engineer from gl-inet here, but it’s not enough.

At the end, the products have to work the way they are advertised. If a travel router does not connect to WiFi, that’s a major problem.

We are taking care of this.
