Hi, I purchased an esim from marcopolo.net (vodaphone esim) but the router will not add the profile:

I get an error message at around 30%
- Device start connect internet
- Internet connect success
- Device start download profile
- Download profile: 30%
- Download profile fail: maybe this profile has been downloaded repeatedly by other devices or the current device, please check it or use other esim profile to test, if you confirm this is first time download, you can copy this logs to contact GL.iNet support get help.

The sim has not been registered in multiple devices and GL.iNet support has not replied to my email.
I also received a 6 digit “Activation code”. Is this what goes in the “Conformation code” box? It’s all very unclear. Tried with and without the code with the same results.
Sadly the EIOT sim is useless in iphones, so I cannot use that to add profiles either.
Firmware is 4.0 0704release2
