Cannot connect to KVM using Windows app

Hi!

Since 2 days i’m not able to connect to my KVM using Windows app (i guess via cloud) but i’m able to connect directly from browser.

I’m facing below’s screen in app.

So i have 2 question:

  1. What’s going on? Is cloud down or something happened on my side?
  2. Is it (or why not? yet?) possible to use/force windows app to connect directly, without cloud?

please provide log of device

Yea, there was another bug - i was not able to export logs, that’s why i provided them manually.

There was no reaction, nothing after click Export Log Files. Just after some another reboot of device it started working and i was also able to connect, but transmission was so lagged that it was still useless.

However, i’ve attached logs which were finally possible to export.

Also i’d like to know if it is possible to ommit cloud and connect directly using GLKVM Win app?

But why? the Windows app has no advantage against web browser. Just use browser

I can’t identify your issue from the log. Your device did not disconnect from our cloud frequently

It has! Using app i’m able to use system keys like Win key, alt+tab, ctrl+tab, etc which is unavailable using browser. That’s a huge value for me and i believe for other customers also.

And.. Today i have problems again.

Firstly i was unable to connect like mentioned earlier (black screen). Tried export logs which opened window to save logs file (but single log.json, not zip file) but it seems it didn’t save that file (definitely not in choosen folder). Then i tried reboot from app which results with error:

So i run reboot using browser and after boot i was able to connect using browser:

But not using app. It stuck on 99% for longer time

and finally displayed connection error:

I wish it could be so easy… Of course i tried re-log in, but unfortunately with no luck.

Wait, all the shortcuts you mentioned are available in Chrome in fullscreen mode.

Oh, great to know! I have had no idea about that as I hate Chrome and i’m not using it. But for this single case i think i can install Chrome and give it a chance!
