In gl e750v2, When I connect via hotspot I can access 192.168.8.1 but not when the router is connected to another router via ethernet cable for internet.

- Check Network Mode: Ensure the device is set to Router mode under Admin Panel -> Network -> Network mode, rather than AP or other modes.
- Verify IP Address: Once the E750v2 is connected to the internet, connect your device to its hotspot. What IP address does your device receive?
- Factory Reset: If possible, try restoring the device to factory settings to see if this resolves the issue.

It seems your E750v2 is currently in a different network mode.
If this is intentional, you will need to use the E750v2's WAN IP address to access it. You can find this address in the Clients list or DHCP lease records of your primary (uplink) router.

when I hold reset button, the lcd starts counting when will it factory reset?
Press and hold the Reset button for more than 10 seconds to restore factory settings.
