Can't connect network drive and how does it know my name

I bought a axt1800 in order to have a basic networked drive. DLNA works enough for me to watch things on it, but webdav doesn’t work, neither does samba. I set it up, try to map a network drive in windows. I set webclient to automatic and turned it on. Still not working.

Also how does it know my name? When I’m setting up webdav on the router, and it already has my name listed as a user. I don’t recall ever putting my name in as a user and going through the admin panel I don’t see any place to list users

If you encounter any issues when connecting on the client after completing the configuration, please let us know:

  1. The router firmware version
  2. The client model, operating system, and OS version
  3. A screenshot of the specific error encountered when attempting to connect.

This should be because you have previously configured an account; by default, no accounts exist.
