Can't setup openvpn on settings page

Hi everyone,

Ive recently purchased an GL AR300M16 ext or Shadow as its known.

I've done this due to me currently living abroad and their internet censorship being pretty strict.

I'm with PIA VPN and it works fine on my phone and laptop however I specifically bought this pocket router to setup a network running the VPN.

Long story short when I am on my home page settings it does not allow me to click VPN dashboard or OpenVPN client, when I do click it, it says "not known".

I would really appreciate if someone could give me some advice as its driving me mad trying to setup the VPN on this device.
