Can't update uboot on slate

Had the router turned off for a while, and when I turned it on, it kept timing out trying to get to the admin portal. So I'm trying to update it following Debrick via Uboot - GL.iNet Router Docs 4
My router says model is gl-axt1800. I downloaded 4.6.2, https://fw.gl-inet.com/firmware/axt1800/release/openwrt-axt1800-4.6.2-0709-1720529672.img

I get to the uboot.html page, choose the .img file, and hit Update Uboot. It blinks for a bit, then "something went wrong during update". I'm on windows 11.

Where do I go from here?

If flash the firmware, ONLY visit the 192.168.1.1 (http://192.168.1.1/), without 'uboot.html'

There's 2 options."common" is a tar file. The other one is the .img and says it is for uboot. I tried both on the non uboot page, but neither seemed to work.

Hmm, tried it one more time, and it worked!
