May I know the MT3000 of Country A has a public IP? Can the primary router (Rogers router) configure port forwarding?
If it has a public IP and you can configure port forwarding in primary router, you can configure Country A's MT3000 as a WG VPN server.
So Country B's MT3000 as a WG VPN client, and connects to Country A's MT3000 server.
Country B's MT3000 does not require a public IP, but the public IP of MT3000 in Country A is necessary.
As long as the connection is correct and Block non-VPN traffic (Killswitch) is enabled, your data will not be leaked.
Through the established VPN tunnel, your country B's Internet access traffic is actually exported in Country A, so the geographical location of your Internet is Country A.
