  1. Is Google Chrome enabled encrypted DNS? You need to turn off this feature to prevent DNS leakage.

  2. Google Chrome visits website ipinfo.io or CMD curl ipinfo.io to check again the export IP you are currently using. Is it the IP of Country A?

  3. The VPN rate issue depends on upstream rate of the broadband of your country A VPN server. I think 50Mbps is already a good rate.
