Hello, i am using two Beryl AX (GL - MT3000) routers, one is connected directly to my Ont box in the South East of USA and the other is my travel router. I want to maintain my home IP while abroad and have the standard Wireguard set up with the default settings. I traveled to three different countries in South America over the past few months and unfortunately in all three, i have experienced severe jittery internet which makes wifi calling or audio calling via Microsoft Teams choppy to the point where its not worth using this setup.
I am getting great speeds as you can see in the attached tests, some of these show packet loss but even when there isn’t any pocket loss on some days, still audio was choppy and also when remoting into a cloud PC held on microsoft servers there was a lag. Can someone kindly please take a look at the example results attached and offer any suggestions, i love Gli routers and surely others have experienced these issues but i have not been able to find solution. Please also let me know of all other suggestion i could try, i am not familiar with Tailscale yet but is that something that would help? Also to note the speeds go down if i use NordVPN in a similar locaiton back in the USA but there is no lag or choppiness in audio and everything works fine just for reference. Thank you
