Comet POE - Macbook Air

Just got the Comet POE, when trying to connect to my Macbook Air which has a USB-C to HDMI adapter, I either get the background of my Mac and can move the mouse and keyboard, but none of my apps. Checked the screen settings on the Air and it’s set to Mirror for built-in display. After a few moments I just get a bluescreen as per screenshot. I’ve tested with the other display settings and still get the same result.

As a test, I’ve tried connecting to an Macbook Pro M1 & M5 that has a built in HDMI with no luck. Swapped the HDMI cable, still blue display. Any thoughts or have I bought the wrong model!

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. Does this issue occur when using the browser or the GLKVM App?
Also, could you please try using a different USB-C to HDMI adapter and see if the issue persists?

Hi, thanks for the response, turned out to be the adapter. Got a straight USB C to HDMI cable and it’s working fine between my Macbook Pro M5 and the Macbook Air. Strange that I couldn’t get it to work with a direct HDMI cable from my Macbook Pro. Will test that another day!
