Comet Pro, host constant USB disconnect and reconnect bong

I’ve just swapped a RM1 for an RM10 and while everything appears to be working fine when I’m not using the KVM the host device (in the same room as I am working in) will randomly bong to indicate a device disconnect/reconnect or it could be the other way around, connect/disconnect.

I never had the bong on the RM1.

Is anyone else having this issue?

A little more testing and it turns out it’s not the USB connection but the video one, I’m using a DP to HDMI adaptor (same one I used on the RM1) and if I disconnect this completely the bongs stop.

I’m experiencing the same issue. In my case it also seems related to the video connection rather than USB. The disconnect/reconnect sound only happens when the computer is idle, not while I’m actively using it.

We will release a new firmware update within a day or two to resolve this issue.
