COMET PRO KVM freezes and keeps rebooting when HDMI is connected

Hi,

I'm having an issue with my GL.iNet Comet Pro KVM.

As soon as I connect an HDMI input source, the KVM freezes and continuously reboots. On my monitor, I can see the device restarting over and over again.

I have tested with multiple different PCs and the behavior is exactly the same.

Troubleshooting already performed:

  • Disabled Tailscale completely

  • Set the video connection mode to Direct

  • Tested with different PCs

Unfortunately, the issue persists.

Has anyone experienced this problem before or knows how to fix it?

Model : RM10

Firmware : V1.10.0 release4
