The Comet Pro Remote KVM over WiFi need to be POE capable. Come GL-iNet

If you are already connecting to ethernet for PoE then why would you need wireless?

I don’t need wireless and not sure why anyone does as this will sit on a rack. But, with POE you don’t have to worry about a wall wart or owing via USB-C. Less cables, cleaner installs.

Yup. Drop the Wi-Fi chipset. Add POE. Make it actually suitable for professionals.

it is a interesting device, currently I use jetkvm, but the PoE (if that is confirmed, I couldn't find anything about this on the site) would be a nice asset.

what I really like is the ethernet port, not 100mbps but 1gbps, wifi is not that important for me I can just route it everywhere with firewalls, and the 4k display that surely will fix a issue I have now with my jetkvm.

due a issue with windows, a dual screen with 1080p and 4k can have issues, with jetkvm I can even go out of sync when configurating a artemis client on apollo (a sunshine and moonlight fork).

and the ATX board, I hope that also comes?

So the GL-RM1PE then?

eMMC being bumped up to 32GB is another important improvement.

USB 2.0 & only single headed. Nope. I'll take a JetKVM & its DC Extension instead if that's to be the specs.

You wouldn't? Personally, PoE would be a lot more valuable to me than wireless is.

WiFi is for convenience only, wired for dependability.

The GL-RM1PE does look like a better product.. PoE, not-WiFI, and no screen. Waiting to find out the price..
