Hi,

I to am having problems conguring the device using as a router and as repeater. It is a public Wi-fi. When I connect my ipad I have no internet and am asked to sign in but can’t as no internet connection. Any advice please?

You won’t get internet until you sign in!
So, what happens when you sign in?

I can not sign in until I get internet connection. I can not get internet connection until I sign in. A web page comes up for me to sign but does not load as can not find due to lack of internet connection.

These comments are self–contradictory - does the login page load or not (screen shot)?
Try un-checking DNS rebind protection and see if that helps.
