Connected WIFI with No Internet Access

I am setup a MT1300, then connect it with 2 notebook wifi
one with internet access

one WITHOUT internet access

Why this case happen?

I try to connect with my iPhone
same issue (No Internet Connection)

Any one can help ?

Some how try to use my iPhone as Tethering
All device connect with internet access access

Seem working… I don’t kwon why…

Did you change something? Multiple Internet connection?
