Connecting to router on the LAN port

Hi,
My BE3600 is on my lan with IP address of 192.168.1.79 and its own private IP address of 192.168.8.1. I can only manage the router while I am connected to the SSID of my router. My question is, how do I connect to the router using a computer that I connected to my LAN via wire. e.g. how do I manage the router using 192.168.1.79 IP?

Hi

Please go to the router Admin Panel - System - Security - Remote Access Control - Enabled the HTTPS Remote Access.
Then you should be able to access the Admin Panel from your LAN via https://192.168.1.79/.

Thanks, will. I saw the settings, but I think that I had to reboot the router to take effect.
