How do you connect to mobile hotspots that require a website login or other authentication method
other than just a normal WiFi password like a hotel or Starbucks?

If the hotspots don’t need password and only give you web login, then here is the solution: 404 Page not found - GL.iNet
Just disable dns rebind protection and the web page will pop up.
If you mean some Enterprise WiFi which needs a username and password to connection, then you will need advanced setting in Luci. This is a little complicated and hope this is not the case.
