Custom EDID with firmware 1.3.0

I was previously using a custom EDID (for 2340x1080 resolution) with firmware 1.2.3. This worked fine. Since upgrading to 1.3.0 if I use the same EDID then it sees it as a 2560x1440 resolution. This means that I get permanent black bars at the top and bottom of the image which is what I was trying to avoid. This is the EDID code I am using (that worked perfectly before the upgrade):

02 03 18 40 23 09 06 07 67 03 0c 00 00 00 10 22
67 d8 5d c4 01 22 80 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 bf

Setting the resolution to 2340x1080 on the controlled PC should solve the problem

Unfortunately not. If I do this I get black bars at the top and bottom of the display.

In my experience, sometimes the EDID setting does not take effect immediately, but the target resolution will appear in the resolution options of the controlled computer, and you need to manually select it once.

I tried parsing this EDID but it seems to be missing key information, can you confirm the integrity of this EDID?
Alternatively, you can find the historical firmware at the link below, please allow me to use the http link temporarily
