Device ID not correct and DDNS not work

Hi All,
I have a problem with my " GL-AR300M16-Ext "
essentially the device id, showeb by the router in the page “Remote Access”,
is different to the device id reported on the back of the router.

that problem generate the effect thet the DDNS not work and also GoodCloud.

Could someone help me to set the same ID on the router like the id reported on back of the router ?
