Disconnecting from OpenVPN disconnect from WiFi

Whenever I am stopping OpenVPN on B1300 latest test firmware my laptop disconnects from the SSID B1300 is broadcasting. I understand that VPN if stop will stop the Internet but this is a different case, here laptop disconnects from the SSID.

I recently started using B1300, was using AR750s earlier.

Besides that both devices though do not automatically fetch wireguard settings from Mullvad. I think adding other Wireguard providers will be a much better idea, I find Mullvad not reliable since long now.
