DNS leak with Adguard?

Hello,

There is something I don’t understand with DNS.
I have a GL-AX1800 Flint running 3.213 firmware.
Adguard Home is enabled. Upstream DNS are set to default 9.9.9.9 and 149.112.112.112 in Adguard settings.

But when I run a DNS leak test from a LAN device, here is what I can see:

Who are these DNS servers ? How come they’re getting DNS requests from me ?
